Westhampton Select Board approves energy grant and land purchase documents.

Westhampton Select Board unanimously approves energy and land acquisition measures. The board voted 3-0 to authorize Chair Susan Bronstein to sign a META Grant application for engineering and design of Energy Recovery Ventilation systems at the Elementary School, addressing building assessment gaps to reduce operating costs and greenhouse gas emissions. In a separate unanimous vote, the board approved documents for the purchase of the O'Connor and Murgo parcels on Tob Hill Road, including a Certificate and Covenant as to Tax-exempt Status and an Anticipation Serial Loan.

The board also reviewed signage for Town Hall and Annex energy projects, incorporating Selectboard member Jennifer Milikowsky's suggestion to highlight solar energy components.
