Prices ranged from $38,672 to $66,690, with a median of $47,000 among recorded sales. The month's top recorded sale was a $66,690 transfer from Kenneth Andrews to Michael E. and Lynanne M. Novak on Aug. 14. Main Road had the most recorded activity, with three transactions. Several other recordings, including homestead declarations, conservation orders and mortgage assignments, were not conventional property sales, and the limited pricing data restricts any broader read on market tone this period.
