The rest, including a family trust transfer at 29 Hathway Road, homestead declarations, conservation orders and mortgage-assignment filings, did not include consideration amounts. Main Road, Northwest Road and Reservoir Road each saw two recorded transfers. With price data this limited, the period's market tone cannot be assessed beyond the raw count of recordings.
