Westhampton records 11 deeds in August, but only one sale price disclosed
The Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded 11 Westhampton transactions between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only one, an Aug. 14 sale from Kenneth Andrews to Michael E. and Lynanne M. Novak for $66,690, disclosed a price. The rest, including a family trust transfer at 29 Hathway Road, homestead declarations, conservation orders and mortgage-assignment filings, did not include consideration amounts. Main Road, Northwest Road and Reservoir Road each saw two recorded transfers. With price data this limited, the period's market tone cannot be assessed beyond the raw count of recordings.
