Westhampton posts light July sales activity with prices ranging from $47,000 to $79,600

Nine property transfers were recorded in Westhampton between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only three deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $47,000 to $79,600, with a median of $75,000. The top disclosed sale was 83 Northwest Rd. for $79,600, sold by Britiany Browning to Umassfive College Federal Credit Union. Northwest Road had two recorded transfers, the only street with more than one. Several other filings were homestead declarations, a foreclosure-related affidavit and trust transfers rather than conventional sales, and six of nine records carried no disclosed price, limiting conclusions about overall market tone this period.
