Westhampton deed activity steady but pricing data lags for most September sales

Westhampton recorded ten property deeds between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, but only one carried a sale price in registry records so far: $250,000 for 47 Stage Rd, sold Sept. 30 from Richard W. Florek and Geneva L. Pedersen to Charles Aaron Florek.

The other nine transactions, including a cluster of three on Southampton Road, show "price not yet available," a normal lag in registry reporting. Five of the ten deeds listed a bank as seller. Two of the Southampton Road filings were a utility easement and a homestead declaration rather than traditional sales. With pricing data this limited, the period's overall market tone cannot yet be assessed.
