The period's top recorded sale was 12 Stage Rd at $390,000, sold Aug. 28 by Cynthia Lawton Singer and Alan Singer to William Paule Breen and Marlucia Breen, trustees. Main Road saw three separate transfers, more than any other street. With eight of 11 filings still awaiting price data, a full read on the month's market tone isn't yet possible from what's currently recorded.
