Westhampton recorded 11 deed transactions from Sept. 25 to Oct. 24, including eight property sales and three non-sale filings (two homestead declarations and a utility easement). Only one sale had a confirmed price: the Oct. 5 transfer of 202 Reservoir Road from Alexander Todd to Florence Bank for $200,000, which currently marks both the period's low and high recorded figure. Prices for the remaining seven property transfers, including sales on Southampton Road, Main Road and Chesterfield Road, had not yet reached the registry as of this report. Banks, including Florence Bank, Greenfield Savings Bank, Monson Savings Bank and TruNorth Bank, were seller or buyer in five of the eight transfers.
