Westhampton Selectboard unanimously approves revised road agreements and conservation restrictions. The board voted 3-0 to sign revised project agreements for Spruce Hill and Tob Hill roads and to approve conservation restrictions CR-18058 and CR-18059 held by Kestrel Land Trust, with no new obligations to the town, according to minutes. The board also voted unanimously to form a needs assessment committee following federal approval of an $883,000 Homeland Security grant in April, and directed staff to thank Jim McGovern and Audrey Antosz for work on two fire grants totaling $3,557.79.

Town Administrator Finn recommended the board defer adoption of state consolidated permitting rules for renewable energy until the October 1, 2026 deadline.
