Select Board · Meeting of March 2, 2026

Westhampton Selectboard unanimously approves solar investment tax credits and land purchases. The board voted 3-0 to engage an accountant to file investment tax credits for Town Hall and Public Safety Complex solar projects, expecting a net return of approximately $16,500 after $3,000 in filing fees, and authorized Chair Susan Bronstein to sign the engagement letter. The board also unanimously approved a Purchase and Sale Agreement for the O'Conner and Murgo parcels.

A proposed amendment to health insurance cost-sharing was tabled pending financial clarity, as the Regional School Finance Committee recommended a 5.66 percent increase to local assessments totaling $40,290 and pushing Westhampton's assessment to $1,627,091 for Fiscal 2027.
