Nine deeds recorded in Westhampton as most sale prices go undisclosed
Westhampton recorded nine property deeds between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only one disclosed a sale price: $66,690, paid by Michael E. and Lynanne M. Novak for a property sold by Kenneth Andrews. The other eight transactions, including two on Main Road, carried no listed consideration amount. Several deeds reflect non-market transfers, including a family trust transfer, three homestead-declaration filings and a lender-related transfer involving Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. With pricing disclosed on only one of nine deeds, the data does not support a read on overall market direction this period.
