Conservation Commission meets; annual report and wetlands review loom.

WESTHAMPTON — Conservation Commission reviews project progress, gears up for annual report. The board met January 7 with four members and Chris Dunn present, heard updates on the Spruce Hill Road property including completion of culvert installation and erosion controls, and flagged potential wetlands concerns tied to a motocross event proposal headed to the Planning Board on January 13. The commission will convene informally January 9 to finalize its annual report before state submission.
