Westhampton recorded 11 deeds between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, two of which were not property sales (a utility easement and a declaration of homestead). Of nine property transfers, three carried a recorded price so far: $60,000, $250,000 and $370,000, a median of $250,000. The other six have no price yet in registry data. The period's most notable pattern: a bank, credit union or mortgage company appears as either seller or buyer in all nine property transfers, with six bank-owned properties sold to individual buyers and three properties transferred to lenders. The highest-recorded price, $370,000 for 145 Reservoir Road, lists a mortgage lender as buyer.
